A complete rebranding in corporate identity and website
Hi Delta is a network organization with over 100 members and room for more. They connect manufacturing companies and suppliers, knowledge institutions, educators and governments in the technological sector in South Holland, so they can share knowledge, sustainability developments and even personnel.
We spoke with Eline Nieuwenhuijzen - Event and Office Manager at Hi Delta - about the project.
The assignment
The rebranding had already been done with another party, but Buro Staal was able to help well with its implementation. Rosanne was present at a session to determine the core promise, among other things.
The collaboration was so good that more and more tasks were added. Buro Staal created the new website, but also the corporate identity manual, business cards, email signature, roll-up banners, everything that turned out to be needed during the process. Rosanne was also co-project manager, something Eline was very happy with.

The situation
In the summer of 2020, the maintenance contract for the old website expired. This prompted them to contact Rosanne. Buro Staal took over the maintenance and made some adjustments to the site.
Eline says they had such a good feeling about Buro Staal that they requested a quote at the end of 2021 to implement the rebranding.
Holland Instrumentation wanted a new name to appeal to a broader audience. This became Hi Delta. And that required a whole new look and a more professional approach. They couldn't do much with the old website, so it was time for a new one!
The goal
Hi Delta was really ready for a major upgrade in professionalism. This allows Hi Delta to contribute to achieving the ambitions of the Action Agenda. And they can give their own events, such as ZIE Hi Delta, a better platform.
THE approach
When we ask Hi Delta about Buro Staal's approach to this project, the word "practical" comes up a lot. We just get on with it, indicate when there's time for something, work with Asana – which Hi Delta is now also a fan of – and make sure all agreements are clearly documented.
"Rosanne is very practical, responds quickly, and is honest about when she has time. The meetings were very practical and they always kept their promises. We have nothing but good things to say!

The result
The rebranding was launched during an event at West End Machinefabriek, a great example of Hi Delta's target audience. Rosanne was also involved and present at the launch event.
Although it was and still is a new name and look for many people, the employees at Hi Delta themselves are already completely used to it. They are extremely happy with the result and the professional feel. It all feels nice and fresh and less formal.
The website always shows an up-to-date events calendar, members all have their own page and there is more space for projects, innovation stories and news items. In addition, potential members for Hi Delta and Young Hi Delta can now register online and registering for events will soon also be possible via the website. This automates a lot of work that was previously done manually.
For the time being, they can certainly move forward with this and there is plenty of room to grow further.
