customer project Hi Delta

The assignment

The rebranding had already been done with another party, but Buro Staal was able to help with the implementation. Among other things, Rosanne attended a session to determine the core promise.

They liked the cooperation so much that more and more tasks were added. Buro Staal made the new website, but also the corporate identity manual, the business cards, the e-mail signature, roll-up banners, everything that was needed during the process. Rosanne was also co-project manager, something Eline was very happy with.

"It was very nice to work with Rosanne on this project. She is very practical and kept a close eye on what still needed to be done. Using Asana, we kept track of everything. We are fans!"

The situation

In the summer of 2020, the maintenance contract for the old website expired. This was the reason to contact Rosanne. Buro Staal took over the maintenance and made a number of adjustments to the site.

The feeling with Buro Staal was so good, Eline says, that in late 2021, a quote for the rebranding was also requested.

Indeed, Holland Instrumentation wanted a new name for a wider audience. This became Hi Delta. And that called for a whole new look and a professionalization. They couldn't do much with the old website either, so it was time for a new one!

the purpose

Hi Delta was really ready for a major professionalization effort. This will allow Hi Delta to contribute to achieving the ambitions of the Action Agenda. And they can give their own events, such as SEE Hi Delta, a better stage.

THE approach

When we ask Hi Delta about Buro Staal's approach to this project, we mainly hear the word "practical." We work smoothly, indicate when there is time for something, work with Asana - which Hi Delta is now also a fan of - and record all agreements well.

"Rosanne is very practical, responds quickly, says honestly when she has time. The meetings were very practical and she kept all appointments neatly. We have nothing but good things to say!

The result

The rebranding was launched during an event at West End Machine Factory, a great example of Hi Delta's target audience. Rosanne was also involved and present at the launch event.
Although for many people it was and is still a new name and look, the employees at Hi Delta themselves are already completely used to it. They are extremely happy with the result and the professional feel. It all feels nice and fresh and less formal.
The website always shows a current events calendar, members all have their own page and there is more space for projects, innovation stories and news items. In addition, potential members for Hi Delta and Young Hi Delta can now register online, and registering for events will soon go through the website as well. As a result, the website automates a lot of work that used to be done manually.
For now, they can certainly move forward with this and there is plenty of room for further growth.
